An overview of the basic equipment
1. triathlon suit (tri-suit)
A jumpsuit or two-piece made from quick-drying material that you wear all the way from swimming to running. Ensure a good fit and flat seams for a high level of comfort. You can also change clothes after swimming, but this takes time to change and could cause chafing.
2nd wetsuit
Mandatory for water temperatures below 20 degrees. It provides buoyancy, thermal insulation and improved water position. It is important to have a good fit without the suit cutting in or water getting in.
3rd swimming goggles (optional)

7. Start number band
