Great coaching and care - from 0 to 1.5 km swimming ! I had never swum crawl before, and with an Olympic distance triathlon ahead of me, I needed help fast. Philipp coached me, and in just a handful of sessions I not only gained confidence but also understood the technique. His training methods are super fun and engaging—you never even realise how much you’ve swum because the drills are so enjoyable. Philipp has been incredibly open and kind in sharing tips about equipment, training dos and don’ts, and even race-day preparation, drawing from his own years of experience as a competitor. Last year, I got the idea to finally learn freestyle swimming, because my problem had always been that, while I absolutely loved being in the water, I was a pretty bad breaststroker. So I wanted to find a way to move quickly through the water and also develop a better feel for it. Philip not only had a lot of patience with me, but he also challenged me in every single lesson. His exercises were clear and precise, so I was actually able to discover freestyle swimming as a new sport for myself — and since then, I’ve been training at least four times a week. Although it wasn’t easy for me at the beginning, I was never frustrated, but always motivated to do better the next time — thanks to Philip. FAQs

Do you have a minimum contract term?

Yes and no.
For a truly effective collaboration, we work with contracts that run for one season (= 10 months). At the end of this term, the agreement will automatically renew for another season unless you cancel in due time.

If you are planning a significantly shorter season or wish to join midway through your current one, we can waive the minimum term. In this case, a one-time onboarding fee of €199 will apply.

What qualifications do you have as triathlon coaches?

Philip is a medical doctor and holds a DOSB C-level coaching license in triathlon. Simon is a sports scientist, certified sports nutritionist, and professional triathlete. In addition, Simon has been successfully working with endurance athletes for several years.

What do I need for a triathlon?

We support you in getting started with the sport. We’ll gladly explain the basic equipment you need in a personal phone call.

Do you conduct performance diagnostics in Berlin?

Yes, we regularly schedule performance tests for our team members. If you are in Berlin, these diagnostics are conducted in person by us. If not, we use a virtual solution.

Who is the triathlon coaching aimed at?

We love triathlon in all its forms. Whether you are just starting out and training for a sprint distance, or your goal is to qualify for the Ironman World Championship, we support you in achieving your dream.

How often do group trainings take place?

We organize regular group runs suitable for all levels. These also serve as a way to coordinate additional sessions and exchange contacts if needed. You can always find all the events we offer on our Event page or in our Strava Club.
