Simon: Professional Triathlete and Coach
Simon is a sports scientist and certified sports nutrition coach. As an active professional triathlete, he competes for Team Berlin in the Bundesliga and races internationally on the 70.3 distance. He knows exactly how to efficiently align training and nutrition in the daily life of a pro and in yours! His goal is to make elite-level methods understandable and practical for your everyday training.

Philip: Age-Grouper and Sports Physician
Philip brings the medical perspective to your coaching. He works as a physician in sports medicine at the Charité and holds a DOSB C-Coach license. He not only understands how the body responds to training from a scientific standpoint but is also an ambitious triathlete himself: with a sub-4:15 IRONMAN 70.3 personal best, participation in the 70.3 World Championship in Taupõ, and a finish at Challenge Roth under 10 hours, he has achieved impressive results firsthand.

No. You don’t win a triathlon with your wallet. For starters, a functional road bike and basic gear are enough. In coaching, I even help you avoid unnecessary purchases. We only invest in expensive equipment when it truly makes sense and your fitness justifies it. We start with what you have.
